With a global vision, our passionate Superintendent spearheads the revolution and transformation in the Schools Division Office of San Carlos. Taking into account the immensity of her work load as the prime mover of the Division, she meticulously and systematically reorganizes the entire Division to rediscover and establish a progressive rhythm in order to realize and finally grasp the elusive goal of attaining excellence.

Her years of experience in the academe imbued her with sense of purpose that she now selflessly shares to all. She is our superintendent – A bold and fearless educator, leader, and innovator. She is Dr. Sheila Marie A. Primicias.

The SDO of San Carlos could still be in its neo-natal period when it comes to her style of leadership. But, in spite of the short span of time, the entire division of San Carlos has already enjoyed the wonderful positive changes that will forever modify the daily life of the good people of San Carlos City.
